The main goal of the project is to emphasize the policy of equal opportunities through the adjustment of internal processes and extensive employee training.

As a member of the professional association APPS, we guarantee compliance with comparable wage conditions for agency employees and all labor-law regulations. We follow the "Golden Standards" set by this association, and we are proud to be among the agencies that support the development of the labor market and are fair to their agency employees and candidates, as well as to their clients.
What are the "Golden Standards" for employment agencies associated with APPS?
For agency employment:
- Possession of a valid permit from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV) for assigning workers
- Agreed insurance against insolvency and a valid permit for job mediation
- Payment of wages and contributions on time and according to applicable legislation
- Compliance with comparable conditions for agency employees
- Fulfillment of obligations towards agency employees
- Written employment contract and agreement on temporary assignment before starting work
For direct search for permanent positions:
- Possession of a valid job mediation permit according to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV)
- No fees from candidates
- Ensuring a personal interview between the candidate and the agency's consultant before presentation to the client
- Ensuring the candidate's consent to presenting their profile to the client and to the handling of personal data
- Providing feedback on the course and outcome of the selection procedure
