How does the legislation work?
The basic rule of agency employment is that agency workers must receive the same remuneration as core employees in the same positions. This includes not only salary but also, for example, meal allowances or vacation length. On the other hand, benefits such as pension insurance or transport allowances can be reserved by the employer for core employees only.
