Do you suspect unlawful conduct? Don't worry—report it!

To support reporting suspicions of unlawful conduct by the company or its employees, we offer you a safe and confidential way to make such a report. Everything is described in detail in our Whistleblower Protection Policy.

What can you report via our internal whistleblowing channels?

  • The whistleblower may report possible unlawful conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, misdemeanor, or violation of the laws of the Czech Republic or the European Union, which has already occurred, is likely to occur, or attempts by the Company to conceal such unlawful conduct.

  • Complaints arising from personal relationships between the whistleblower and other employees, and work-related complaints relating solely to the whistleblower (e.g., remuneration, career progression, etc.) do not fall within the scope of reporting here. In such cases, we recommend contacting your direct supervisor or the Company’s Trusted Person.

  • When submitting a report, you are expected to have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is true at the time of reporting. You will not be penalized if it later turns out that the information was incorrect. However, you must not make a report that you know is untrue or misleading. Deliberately false reports will not be protected under this Policy and may result in disciplinary action. Submitting knowingly false reports may also constitute an offense under Czech law, punishable by a fine of up to CZK 50,000.
